High Steaks will be hosting a five course wine dinner with Nickel & Nickel Single Vineyard Wines.

The five course menu will include:

Course One:
Vichyssoise and Caesar Salad served with 2012 Far Niente Chardonnay

Course Two:
Braised Breast of Veal with Polenta Cake, Turned Vegetables, and Pan Jus served with 2009 Bonfire Zinfandel

Course Three:
Marinated Wagyu Skirt Steak, Pommes Anna, and Sauce Bordelaise served with 2009 Copper Streak Cabernet Sauvignon & 2009 Kehlam Cabernet Sauvignon

Course Four:
Cheese Medley featuring Midnight Moon, Brillat Savarin and Echo Mountain Bleu served with 2006 Far Niente Dolce

Course Five:
Chocolate Surprise served with 2009 Darien Syrah
