Father's Day Specials in High Steaks

 This was our special salad:  Farmer's Market Lettuces, Bacon Chips, Caramelized Onions, Diced Tomatoes, House made Ranch Dressing, Crispy Fried Onions

Our Fresh Catch was a Pan Roasted Halibut, served with a chilled Apricot Quinoa Salad and Edible Flowers.  It was really delicious.

This was a 28 oz. Prime Porterhouse with BBQ Sauce, served with a Stone Fruit Summer Slaw. 

Desserts going out to a lucky Father!

Vanilla Mousse, Root Beer Gelee, Root Beer Foam, Pop Rock Sugar and some Root Beer to top it off!
