Chefs on the News with Sac and Co.

Here we are on Channel 10 with Sac and Co. - They were the best! 

Me - Chef Nikki Rios basting the Day Boat Scallops with Thyme and butter... it's the best way to finish them.

A look at the set from the side.  We were featuring the "Man Burger" from the Cafe, live Lobster and Dim Sum from Red Lantern, Bacon wrapped Shrimp, Scallops, and Meyer Lemon Cheesecake from High Steaks.  We also had a BBQ meat selection from the Buffet and some of their amazing desserts showcased behind us.
