The Composition of a Dish...

Almost everyday we create new and exciting specials featuring our Farm Fresh ingredients.  Creating the idea and the flavors is only one step of the process - plating is one of the most crucial.  You always eat with your eyes first so we strive to make each plate eye catching and mouth watering...

This is an example of one of our specials:  12 oz. Prime New York with Blackjack BBQ Sauce, Grilled Zuchinni, and a Charred Corn and Vegetable Succotash.



First I placed a swoosh of BBQ sauce on the plate....


Then I layered 2 strips of Grilled Zuchinni on the side....


I placed a bed of the Succotash in the center to rest the steak upon for heighth... As the steak is cut into the juice will run into the succotash and create it's own sauce and flavor...


Next I added the New York - it's the star of the show and it's on center stage...


EVERY plate needs to be garnished... Since there is already a lot of color and flavor on the plate, something simple such as Micro Greens are perfect.  Viola!  Tonights Special.
